Your Role as a Club Manager Drive New Membership Sales – Convert inquiries into memberships through a structured sales process. Manage Sales & Customer Service – Follow up on leads via email, phone, CRM, and social media. Recruit and Build Your Team – Play a key role in hiring and developing the right people to help grow your club. Deliver an Outstanding Member Experience – Engage with members, assist with inquiries, and create a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. Lead & Inspire Your Team – Support and motivate team members to achieve goals and KPIs. Create Engaging Content – Collaborate with PTs to produce fitness tips, training guides, and health content for social media. Support Group Training & Member Orientation – Work with the PT team to ensure a top-tier member experience. Maintain Club Standards – Keep the gym floor tidy and uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization. What You Need First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
