About the Club PCYC Griffith is a dynamic and community-focused club offering a diverse range of facilities, including a vibrant gymnastics program, group fitness, and versatile multipurpose spaces. The club welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds, providing inclusive recreational and wellbeing-focused programs that make a real impact in the local community. In 2026, the club will launch an exciting new gymnastics Centre, featuring a larger format and significant investment to support the growth of gymnastics. This development will enhance our ability to deliver high-quality programs and create more opportunities for participation and progression. This is a unique opportunity to lead a facility that plays a vital role in promoting healthy, active lifestyles. About the Role We are looking for a suitably qualified, and experienced leisure venue manager to lead the team to deliver an exceptional member experience at this important community facility. The Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the venue, and is accountable for the administration, operational, financial and program deliverables. Key responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club, including staff leadership, training, program coordination, quality assurance, facilities/ asset management and execution of marketing initiatives Execute business and operational plans to generate income growth, build customer engagement to optimise use of the facility and increase revenue streams Increase awareness of the PCYC mission within the local community, with the aim of growing memberships and generating fundraising/ sponsorship opportunities Develop effective relationships with a range of stakeholders including NSW Police staff, Club Committee, venue users, local businesses and the wider community Administrative duties including rostering, forecasting, budget management, weekly and monthly reporting on club performance, funding/ grant applications, database/ records management Provide a child safe environment. Conduct scheduled WHS and operational audits.
