Visit us at About the Role This is a full-time position based predominantly on the gaming floor, with responsibilities that extend into relieving in the Duty Manager role as part of our broader leadership team. You'll play a key role in maintaining service standards, leading front-line staff, and supporting club-wide operations. Importantly, you will also oversee Responsible Gambling (RGO) duties, including monitoring patron welfare, managing RGO logs and escalations, and ensuring all activity aligns with compliance obligations. In this role, you will: Demonstrate strong leadership and problem‑solving skills Train and evaluate new employees Maintain high service standards across all frontline departments Provide operational support to Club Management Oversee daily Functions and Events operations Carry out Responsible Gambling Officer duties and support reporting and escalation procedures Why Join Us? You're confident making decisions, solving problems, and working both independently and as part of a team. To be considered, you'll need to demonstrate: In‑depth knowledge of bar and gaming operations, with a focus on compliance and customer care Experience managing RGO responsibilities, including reporting and escalation Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience Minimum 3 years' experience in the club industry or similar Previous Duty Manager experience (highly regarded) Experience supporting Functions and Events operations (preferred) High standards of personal presentation Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Well‑developed rapport with members and staff Sound understanding of club operations and the Registered Clubs Act Intermediate knowledge of the Registered and Licensed Club Award 2020 Familiarity with WHS legislation and compliance responsibilities Ability to apply club policies and procedures consistently (RSA, RCG, harassment, bullying, discrimination, etc.) Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certification A collaborative, team‑focused mindset Other Details Full‑time role based on our gaming floor Rotating 4‑day roster (38 hours/week) Start date is January 2026 How to apply Please send your cover letter and resume to:Jo Luke, the HR Manager at Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club #J-18808-Ljbffr
