Outpatient rehabilitation Professional development Supportive team environment Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a commitment to teamwork, and a strong interest in delivering excellence in clinical services related to assessment and treatment in rehabilitation? We have a full time grade 2 Physiotherapist position in our Allied Health Outpatient team at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre. Responsibilities Provision of comprehensive Physiotherapy rehabilitation services to patients of varied diagnostic groups Adopting a client-centred and goal directed approach to maximise the Physiotherapy performance of patients Participation in group program development and quality improvement activities within the Allied Health Department and facility Participation in department meetings, professional development, grade 1 and student supervision programs As one of the largest private rehabilitation facilities in Australia, The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre has a reputation for high quality and patient-focused care, across a range of rehabilitation specialties, including orthopaedics, cardiac, reconditioning, neurology, trauma, and pain management. The centre offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary team servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. Selection Criteria Current registration with AHPRA Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation, time management and self-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Healthscope?
