Income Structure Collection Operations: ~$45/hour equivalent through per-pickup rates Business Development: Up to 20% of company profits from additional services in your territory Expected Total: $150,000 per annum (including bonuses and profit share) You’ll operate through our proprietary Commander Portal – a mobile-first platform managing daily runsheets, customer intelligence, route optimization, and real-time communication with High Command.
