TM1 & Microsoft Data Platform Developer Re.Group is an Australian-owned company focused on providing solutions for recycling and recovery of resources from waste. We’re looking for a TM1 & Microsoft Data Platform Developer to strengthen our analytics, planning and reporting capability across the business. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and building high-quality financial and operational models, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact. About the role Design, develop and maintain TM1/Planning Analytics cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders and TI processes Manage TM1 system administration, performance, user roles and security Integrate TM1 with SQL Server, data warehouses, APIs and Microsoft data platforms Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, models and reporting assets Use Python for automation, data preparation and integration Ensure data quality, integrity, confidentiality and reliability Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical TM1 and Power BI solutions Prepare documentation, provide training and support end users Drive continuous improvement and innovation across analytics and planning systems About you Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or similar 3+ years’ experience with TM1/Planning Analytics development Strong SQL capability and data-warehousing experience Proficiency with Power BI, Azure and Microsoft Fabric Experience using Python for automation and integration Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting TM1 or Microsoft certifications (advantageous) Experience in waste management or related industries (desirable) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities Able to work independently and collaboratively Proactive, curious and committed to continuous improvement Why us?
