We’re on the lookout for an experienced ecommerce manager to drive global digital growth across our Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) and B2B platforms. This role is ideal for a hands‑on ecommerce professional ready to take full ownership of Zhik’s online performance and shape how customers experience the brand around the world. Reporting to the Global Marketing and Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving global online (B2C) sales targets, leading digital performance initiatives, and enhancing every step of the customer journey through insight, optimisation, and creativity. Responsibilities Lead Ecommerce Performance: Manage and optimise Zhik.com and B2B trade portals (Magento) for speed, usability, and conversion to meet and exceed global online sales targets. Drive Global Strategy: Develop and execute Zhik’s ecommerce strategy across D2C and B2B channels, aligning with brand, marketing, operations, and logistics teams. Retention & Loyalty: Own the customer CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty programs to maximise retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value. SEO, CRO & Analytics: Implement and continually improve ecommerce fundamentals including SEO, CRO, analytics, and end‑to‑end customer journey optimisation. Paid Media & Direct Marketing: Manage relationships with Zhik’s paid media agency, overseeing performance across search, social, display and direct customer marketing to deliver best‑in‑class ROAS and conversion outcomes. Data & Reporting: Deliver insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to achieve growth and performance KPIs. Content & Merchandising: Oversee site content, product launches, and promotional calendars in collaboration with marketing and creative teams. UX & Brand Consistency: Champion UX/UI best practices and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects Zhik’s premium performance identity. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Operations, Creative, and Logistics teams to deliver an integrated, seamless ecommerce experience across all regions. Innovation & Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand channels and features, including international sites, marketplaces, and mobile commerce initiatives. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of ecommerce and digital marketing experience, ideally within premium retail, sportswear, or technical apparel. Proven success managing global D2C and B2B ecommerce platforms (Magento experience highly regarded). Demonstrated experience implementing and expanding core ecommerce fundamentals — SEO, CRO, UX/UI, analytics, and customer journeys. Strong performance mindset with accountability for sales, conversion, and retention metrics. Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing tools (e.g. Pipedrive, Dotdigital or similar). Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEO/SEM platforms, PowerBI and reporting dashboards. Excellent communication and cross‑functional project management skills.
