This is a role for a senior systems engineer with MSP experience who wants a balanced mix of: Complex L3 work Infrastructure projects Some hands‑on time with modern cyber SaaS tools. Tekspace started as an MSP and has evolved into a cybersecurity SaaS specialist. We still support a healthy base of existing MSP clients, and we also research, road‑test and deploy security tools for new clients. You’ll spend roughly: 60% on L3 escalations and advanced support 30% on projects for our MSP clients 10% on cyber solution engineering (POCs/trials and deployments) What You’ll do Own L3 issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Group Policy, Windows Server, AD, firewalls, VPN, routing/switching, backup/DR Deliver infrastructure projects: M365/Azure migrations, upgrades, remediation and security uplift work, Modern Workplace. Design and stand up POC/trial environments for security tools (EDR, email security, application control, ZTNA/SWG, SAT) Run deployments, POCs, and enablement so clients actually adopt the tools Help improve documentation, standards and how L1–L2 handle issues This will suit you if You’ve spent years in MSP or multi‑customer environments and like the variety You’re the person people call when things get weird, not when they want a password reset You enjoy owning work from “what are we doing?” through to “it’s live and documented” You’re curious about cyber and like seeing how tools behave in real environments You communicate clearly with clients and don’t disappear when things get hard What you bring 5+ years as a Systems / Senior Systems / L3 Engineer Strong background in MSP or multi‑customer IT services Solid hands‑on skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Group Policy, Windows Server, AD, Firewalls, VPN, routing/switching and backup/DR Familiarity with MSP tooling (RMM, PSA/ticketing) Good documentation habits and a constructive attitude under pressure Experience delivering projects Clear, concise communication, you can explain options in plain English Security tooling experience is a bonus, not a blocker. If you’ve got the fundamentals and the curiosity, we can fill gaps. Why Tekspace?
