The opportunity CSIRO’s newly formed Integrity Unit needs an Enterprise Risk Advisor to support enterprise risk management across the organisation. The role involves identifying, assessing, and managing strategic, operational, and emerging risks, facilitating risk workshops, and enhancing the risk management framework. High‑level duties Provide expert advice and support to CSIRO units on risk identification, assessment, and management. Contribute to development and review of risk assessment processes, controls, and documentation. Prepare and deliver risk reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Lead configuration, enhancement, and user training for the GRC platform. Monitor and analyse risk data trends, offering actionable insights to stakeholders. Role particulars Location: Any CSIRO site in Australia Salary: AU$118k–AU$127k per annum (pro rata for part‑time), plus 15.4% superannuation Tenure: Indefinite, Full‑time Reference: As the successful candidate you will bring Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent risk‑management experience. Demonstrated enterprise risk‑management experience with strategic, operational, and emerging risks. Strong understanding of GRC systems, including administration, configuration, and user support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a range of stakeholders, including Executive forums. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Eligibility Applications are open to Australian Citizens only.
