Overview An exciting permanent opportunity has become available to join a fun, collaborative HR team within the Aged Care / Health sector. Located in Sydney CBD. As a HR Business Partner you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. With a culture of engaged loyal employees and clients, this HR Business Partner role will provide challenge and yet a wonderful work life balance opportunity. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner Lead, you will provide HR support to your client group and the executive teams to achieve its corporate objectives. Responsibilities Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Performance Management / Learning and Development Employment Relations and Legislation Provide strategic advice, supporting the full employee lifecycle HR Projects Build & maintain relationships What you will bring If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a role that will suit you down to the ground. With your strong organisational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation. To succeed in this environment, you will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills. Previous experience working across Aged Care & or Healthcare is desirable.
