Marketing Manager – Premium Furniture Brand

Location: Bayside (Hybrid) Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 + Super (based on experience) Type: Full-time Marketing Manager – Premium Furniture Brand We’re seeking a hands‑on, strategic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and customer engagement for a fast‑growing premium furniture retail brand. This is a role for a strong all‑rounder — someone who can identify the ideas and initiatives that truly move the needle and then execute them with speed, precision and energy. You’ll take ownership of the full marketing mix: brand, digital, content, campaign, and customer experience. The ideal candidate has both creative flair and commercial instinct and can see the big picture while staying close to the detail that delivers results. You’ll be both thinker and doer: comfortable setting the direction, then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and commercial growth. Identify high‑impact opportunities and initiatives that directly influence sales and brand positioning. Analyse performance data to track results and optimise campaigns in real time. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Brand & Creative Protect and elevate the brand’s premium positioning across all customer touchpoints. Lead campaign ideation and storytelling that showcases craftsmanship, design, and lifestyle appeal. Oversee visual and written content for advertising, website, social, and email channels. Collaborate with creative and retail teams to maintain consistency across the entire customer journey. Digital & Performance Marketing Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO, display, and email). Manage CRM, email marketing, and customer lifecycle programs to drive retention and loyalty. Optimise website performance and digital content to improve engagement and conversion. Continuously test, measure, and refine activities for maximum ROI. Campaign Execution & Partnerships Launch and manage new products, collections, and seasonal campaigns end‑to‑end. Build relationships with PR partners, media, and brand collaborators. Support showroom activations, events, and community engagement initiatives. About You 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, retail, or lifestyle brands. A commercially minded all‑rounder – strategic, analytical, and highly executional. Proven ability to identify growth levers and deliver measurable results. Experience across brand, digital, content, and performance marketing. Strong creative judgment and attention to detail. Confident sourcing & managing contractors, agencies, budgets, and multiple projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
