Our services include pipework systems, mild steel cement‑lined (MSCL) piping & fittings, structural steel, plate fabrication, site installation, maintenance, and Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) services. Due to business growth, we are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our O&G Project team for an immediate start Project The project is based in Roma, QLD, involving the installation of a compressor station in the oil & gas sector. Successful candidates will need experience in : Oil and Gas industry experience Flange management Installation of valves and piping Reading and understanding drawings for correct fitting of pipework, valves, and instrumentation into oil & gas skids Completing inspection test reports and flange closure reports Close tolerance and interface fitting Working independently and as part of a team Requirements Trade Qualification in fitting or a similar mechanical field Previous experience in Oil & Gas pipework and equipment Experience with hi‑torque flange management, torquing, and tensioning procedures A strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility Ability to work collaboratively and use initiative Willingness to mobilise for site execution Experience with compressor installation, shaft alignment, and rotating equipment (highly desirable) Further details will be discussed during the interview stage.
