What you'll be doing Strategic consulting Partner with mid‑to‑large-scale organizations to design custom learning strategies that measurably drive behavior change. Translate insights into SMART goals and measurable success criteria. Identify root causes of learning challenges and propose actionable, innovative change plans. Present recommendations to senior leaders with clearly defined timelines. Content consultation and curation Curate learning programs from Go1’s 100,000+ course library, ensuring content aligns with client business goals. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the library, including content partners and formats. Identify high‑impact resources that match client goals. Design learning paths tailored to support learners at different proficiency levels. Support compliance with industry requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ISO). Deliver content within agreed timelines while meeting quality benchmarks. Client engagement Work closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance client relationships. Join client calls to capture requirements and clarify objectives. Draft clear, professional follow‑up emails summarizing discussions and next steps. Actively follow up on pending items across client projects. Pre‑sales support Collaborate with sales teams to convert prospects into clients. Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points when necessary. Deliver tailored playlists showcasing industry‑relevant content. Must be able to Conduct needs analysis using surveys and client meetings. Translate insights into SMART goals and measurable success criteria. Identify root causes of learning challenges and propose actionable, innovative change plans. Present recommendations to senior leaders with clearly defined timelines. We’re excited about you if you have Learning & Development professional (3+ years) Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs for adult audiences. Ability to cite examples of translating stakeholder insights into measurable initiatives with business impact. Familiarity with compliance‑driven content (e.g., HIPAA, ISO). Strong communicator Professional, concise writing for follow‑up emails and client documentation. Confident in live client meetings and calls. Skilled at adapting communication style to executives, managers, and participants. Tech‑proficient Comfortable using Excel for data analysis. Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies. Proficient with virtual meeting tools and collaboration platforms. Thrives in remote, fast‑paced environments Comfortable with asynchronous communication across time zones. Can manage priorities when collaborating across regions and functions. Open to occasional adjusted work hours to accommodate client or team needs. Benefits Annual bonus or commission plan.
