Senior Sommeliers & Wine Waiters – a’Mare | Crown Sydney Join one of Sydney’s premier fine-dining teams at Crown Sydney. a’Mare is seeking experienced Senior Sommeliers and Wine Waiters to become part of our award-winning team. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of Sydney’s most prestigious restaurants, renowned for its luxury Italian dining, impeccable service, and extensive wine program. Since opening in 2020 under the direction of Chef Alessandro Pavoni , a’Mare has received multiple accolades, including Best New Wine List at the 2021 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards.
