The Nursing Unit Manager 2 (NUM2) – Opioid Treatment Unit (OTP) is responsible for the effective coordination and management of nursing and multidisciplinary services within the Drug & Alcohol service. The position provides professional and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence‑based, person‑centred care to people experiencing substance use and co‑occurring health issues. The role manages human and material resources, clinical governance, and service coordination in line with NSW Health policies, harm‑minimisation principles, and the Nurses’ and Midwives’ (State) Award.
