Nurse Unit Manager (NUM2) – Rosella Unit As NUM2 – Nurse Unit Manager, you will inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team, championing excellence, innovation, and patient‑centred care at the Rosella Unit. Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until June 2027. Position Classification: Nurse Unit Manager Level 2. Remuneration: $133,112.75 Per annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging. Hours Per Week: 38. Location: Morisset Hospital | Rosella Unit. Overview Step into the pivotal role of NUM2 – Nurse Unit Manager, where you will expertly oversee the day‑to‑day clinical, operational, and people management of the Rosella Unit at Morisset Hospital. As a key member of the hospital’s leadership team, you will champion a culture of excellence and patient‑centred care, guiding a multidisciplinary workforce within the High Support Unit to deliver exceptional outcomes. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager 5, Quality and Change Nurse Manager, After‑Hours Nurse Manager 2s, fellow PRS Nurse Unit Managers, and a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator. Responsibilities • Oversee day‑to‑day clinical and operational management of the Rosella Unit. • Lead multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care. • Drive continuous quality improvement and elevate patient experiences. • Shape future direction of the Unit and the Service. • Pursue ongoing professional development and support staff growth. Qualifications & Requirements • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. • Eligible Australian or appropriate visa; temporary visa holders may apply in line with visa conditions.
