Business Analyst – Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) Our client, a national aviation organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the ENMP. The role will deliver IT‑enabled projects associated with the modernisation of operational and corporate networks. Contract Details Location: Brisbane Airport (within Brisbane, Queensland) Contract type: Fixed‑term contract (initial 6+ month term with likely extension) Work pattern: Flexibility to work from home 2 days per week Pay range: $1,100 – $1,100 per day (including super) Responsibilities Apply contemporary Business Analysis and organisational change practices when engaging stakeholders. Conduct requirements elicitation, business process mapping and stakeholder engagement workshops. Communicate project risks, issues and dependencies effectively in a collaborative manner. Maintain relationships with key technical and business stakeholders. Align business analysis activities with industry best practice and ASA processes. Deliver artefacts to define outcomes for the organisation and resources required. Plan with the Master Scheduler and maintain a project schedule that identifies work effort, roles and resources required. Coordinate with the EPMO stage gates and organise stage gate reviews when required. Qualifications Must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain Baseline Clearance. Minimum five years’ experience in programme and/or project delivery (ideally in service transition/migration). Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately. Demonstrable interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills. High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Certification in BABOK (or deep understanding of business analysis methodologies) is desirable. Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite.
