Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant located in Melbourne, VIC. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for effectively managing customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining strong knowledge of Chadstone Motor Group’s vehicles, services, and products. The role includes engaging with potential clients, providing personalized advice, facilitating seamless customer experiences, and maintaining timely follow-up communications. Additional responsibilities involve assisting with promotional events and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through value-added services. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities to deliver exceptional client experiences Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills Knowledge of the automotive industry and enthusiasm for vehicles and related services Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to track and manage sales processes effectively Self‑motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive vehicles Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Industries Automotive #J-18808-Ljbffr
