Manager - Business Transformation - Business Consulting Opportunity Join EY’s Defence team and help solve Australia’s most important national security challenges. We’re looking for Managers who thrive in complexity and want to make a real impact supporting the most intricate organisation in the country. Be part of a team that blends deep Defence insight with global experience to deliver purpose-built solutions that matter. This is a hybrid position based in Canberra - Ngambri. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. Your key responsibilities Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiatives Skills and attributes for success Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
