Rocky Bay is looking for Senior Occupational Therapists to join our clinical team south of the river in Mandurah or Rockingham Salary: $109,079 - $113,933 per annum + Salary Packaging Permanent Full-time and Part-time positions (3 days per week) based in Mandurah or Rockingham Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload while supporting and guiding other therapists Provide expert clinical leadership, mentoring and oversight to ensure contemporary best practice Analyse, develop and improve service delivery models to support growth and innovation Coordinate student placements and contribute to learning and development program Uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policies Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Current AHPRA registration Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting Minimum 5 years experience in a previous Occupational Therapist role Demonstrated ability in coaching, mentoring, and clinical leadership Experience with complex equipment assessment and prescription (desirable) A strong understanding of person- and family-centred practice Proven ability to implement and promote contemporary best practice Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management Benefits we can offer you: Wide range of employee benefits including HBF Health discounts, JBHIFI discounts and Commonwealth Bank product discounts, to name a few Increase your take-home pay with salary packaging options to receive savings up to a maximum of $18,550 per annum A refer-a-friend program worth $2000 Fleet vehicles for work-related travel and free parking Purchased Leave Program and 6 weeks Paid Parental Leave Schemes Employee Assistance Program with available services that assist with financial planning, Fitstop gym corporate membership, counselling sessions & health/wellbeing packs to name a few Join our dedicated team and be part of a leading disability provider organisation that values and supports its employees.
