View Community Link is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life and social inclusion of people living with disability. We provide community programs and capacity‑building supports under the NDIS, with a strong focus on empowerment, participation, and real‑world skill development. We are now expanding our allied health services into Western Australia . This role will be a cornerstone of our Rockingham‑based OT program , helping shape a service that puts families and community first. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Senior Occupational Therapist to lead OT services in Rockingham and surrounding suburbs . Contractor position with review at 6 months Hourly rate: $100–$130 p/hr , depending on experience Option to transition to a salaried leadership role Immediate paediatric caseload Home, school, community‑based and telehealth service delivery Face‑to‑face sessions preferred , with telehealth used where appropriate This is an opportunity to build a meaningful service stream with autonomy, flexibility, and strong organisational support. Key Responsibilities Community‑based OT assessments and interventions Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS‑aligned reporting Paediatric early‑intervention and capacity‑building therapy Current Working with Children Check required at commencement Support daily living skills, sensory needs, emotional regulation and school/community participation Collaborate with families, schools, support coordinators and allied health peers Contribute to service development and uphold high clinical standards Mentor therapy assistants and future clinicians as the service grows About You AHPRA‑registered Occupational Therapist 3+ years experience , ideally in paediatrics and NDIS settings Excellent clinical reasoning and clear, high‑quality reporting skills Trauma‑informed and family‑centred approach Comfortable delivering therapy in community settings Motivated, supportive, and passionate about accessible disability services Ready to take on a leadership role in a growing service Australian work rights required for this position Why Join View Community Link?
