Ventia is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance Administrator to join our NBN Field Module team. This role plays a key part in validating technician claim submissions and supporting financial operations across a nationally significant telecommunications contract. Additionally youll : Coordinate and report on technician claim validations via artefact verification Oversee communications with technicians regarding non-compliant or incomplete claims Manage dispute resolution processes in line with internal KPIs Partner with commercial and project teams to resolve escalations and optimise cashflow Conduct post-claim investigations and provide insights to leadership What we are looking for Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) Strong understanding of Schedule of Rates Method of Measurements and technical aspects of field work Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead conversations across finance operations and subcontractor teams Highly organised analytical and confident in managing competing priorities About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand.
