We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Finance Assistant/Administrator to join our Vendor Finance team in our Sydney CBD head office on a Casual, full-time basis. This is your chance to be part of Australia’s most successful property developer and contribute to the delivery of tailored finance solutions that support our clients and business goals. Your Key Responsibilities: Assist the Vendor Finance Team with administrative tasks relating to processing Finance Applications Deliver exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate client and system databases (Data capturing) Conduct compliance checks on documents and applications Assist with weekly reporting and general admin duties About You: Minimum 6 months' experience in a Finance/Loans Administration or similar role within the banking or mortgage industry Good understanding of administrative tasks relating to Loan Administration Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking would be an advantage High attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Intermediate to advanced Excel skills –mail merge experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to provide outstanding client service Strong administrative and organisational skills with a sense of urgency Resilient, proactive and team-oriented Why Join Meriton?
