In this Senior Business Analyst – Ledger Modernisation , you will join our Core Platforms Modernisation and Strategy team, owning the opportunity to win together. Responsibilities Be responsible for creating requirements as features, epics & stories. Define your own work tasks including dependencies in collaboration with the squads. Perform appropriate business analysis to clearly articulate business needs and solution requirements. Develop as‑is and to‑be process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs. Support the Product Owner to define the business value and required outcomes. Participate in and lead workshops. Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support the change manager with Business Impact Assessments. Support User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification testing. Qualifications Previous experience as a Business Analyst. In‑depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems. Understanding of Card Acquiring and Issuing (not essential). Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis. Experience working in an agile environment. Ability to communicate a vision to key stakeholders and teams and work with product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics, stories and goals for individual sprints. Comfortable leading workshops, in a cross‑functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stage of change.
