As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee 10 thriving Outside School Hours Care services from Munster to Mount Pleasant, creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where children flourish. Your Role & Mission As a hands‑on leader , you'll be on the ground, stepping into ratio when needed, mentoring teams, and setting the gold standard for excellence. We're on the hunt for a passionate, driven leader ready to make waves in OSHC 2+ years of experience working with children Multi‑site leadership experience in OSHC Diploma or higher in a relevant field Current certifications: Working With Children, First Aid incl.
