Overview Job Requisition ID # 25WD86839 Autodesk is looking for a Partner Solutions Specialist to lead the sales strategy for expanding Autodesk Emerging solutions within our partner ecosystem. Collaborating across teams, you will help customers achieve their business objectives and overcome challenges. Your role will span strategic planning, executing partner events, and guiding customer workflow discussions. 戦略立案からパートナーイベントの実行、顧客のワークフローに関するディスカッションまで、幅広く担当いただきます。 In this hybrid role, you will report to the leader of emerging solutions specialists and work closely with the emerging solutions sales team. 本ポジションはハイブリッド勤務で、新興ソリューションスペシャリストチームのリーダーにレポートし、新興ソリューションの営業チームと密に連携します。 Responsibilities パイプライン＆予測管理：正確な売上予測とパイプライン管理により戦略的な営業判断を支援 新規ビジネスの実行：パートナーと協力し、創造的なソリューションを通じて新たなビジネス機会を特定・実行 再現可能なセールスプレイの構築：営業効率と効果を高めるためのセールス戦略を開発・展開 社内外との連携：社内チームおよびパートナーと緊密に連携し、ビジネスプランの整合と成功を実現 ステークホルダーとの関係構築：主要ステークホルダーと連携し、Autodeskの建設・水インフラ関連ソリューションに対するニーズを把握し満足度を高める パートナーキャパシティの支援：マネージャーとのコミュニケーションやインタラクションを通じたリソースの分析・監視、新たなパートナー機会の特定による戦略的展開 Minimum Qualifications SaaSやクラウド業界での営業または事業開発の経験 水インフラまたは水理工学業界に関する知識と課題への理解、特に技術ソリューションに対する関心 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルを有し、パートナーおよび社内ステークホルダーとの関係構築ができること パートナーとのエンゲージメントや売上拡大を実現する戦略プランの立案・実行経験 分析的思考力およびデータに基づく意思決定の経験 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、変化の激しい環境に適応できる能力 Autodesk製品やサービスに関する知識があれば尚可。特に水分野におけるInnovyze製品ポートフォリオの深い理解は高く評価されます ビジネス、エンジニアリング、マーケティング、または関連分野での学士号取得が望ましい Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
