About the Role You will manage a stable portfolio of schemes, chair meetings confidently, and provide reliable, proactive support to our clients. Suitable for: A Junior/Assistant Strata Manager with strong foundational knowledge looking to step up; or A Strata Manager with 1–2 years’ experience wanting a stable, well‑supported environment. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of residential & mixed‑use strata schemes Preparing & chairing meetings (AGMs, EGMs, Committee Meetings) Coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor engagement Building strong, professional relationships with committees and owners Ensuring legislative compliance under the Strata Schemes Management Act Overseeing budgets, levies, and insurance processes Providing proactive, timely communication to all stakeholders What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years’ experience in strata management (or AS/JS with strong capability) Confident in chairing meetings and communicating professionally Strong time management and a proactive attitude Solid understanding of NSW strata legislation Ability to build rapport with committees and contractors Someone who values professionalism, teamwork, and growth Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence required.
