Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst Join to apply for the Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst role at Airservices Australia. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the EPMO Reporting and Performance Framework. Develop and manage EPMO communication channels (SharePoint, Teams, and other engagement tools) ensuring consistent messaging throughout the EPMO. Translate complex data into meaningful insights using tools like Power BI and Excel. Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across multiple sources. Mentor and lead a team of analysts, fostering capability development and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to embed reporting frameworks and drive strategic decision‑making. Lead data quality initiatives and performance analysis functions. Analyze complex project and portfolio data (budgets, risk, milestones, benefits, etc.). Deliver visually engaging and insightful reports and dashboards. Provide training and induction for staff on reporting tools and frameworks. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting is fit‑for‑purpose. Qualifications Experience in a PMO, project delivery or portfolio reporting environment. A degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. Professional accreditation (PRINCE2, P3M, AgilePM, MoP, MSP, PMBOK) is highly desirable. Advanced technical skills in Power BI, Power Query, Excel and SharePoint. Ability to create clear, engaging communication – written, visual and verbal. Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, and coaching others to build capability.
