Senior Performance and Reporting Analyst Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust performance reporting framework that supports the mass retail business and delivers actionable insights to key stakeholders. Responsibilities Model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Assess risks, issues, and benefits of proposed solutions and outline business impacts. Develop functional specifications and cost estimates to support decision‑making. Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for all stakeholders. Design and maintain data analysis and reporting systems for the department. Ensure database accuracy through regular updates and error resolution. Build and deliver insightful reports using Power BI and SQL, highlighting trends and key data points. Communicate analysis findings clearly to managers and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for reporting and data‑related queries. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through regular engagement. Manage and track key performance indicators across retail operations. Support technology initiatives, automation projects, and process enhancements. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst. Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work with large data sets. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python. Experience accessing databases, data warehouses, and analytics tools. General knowledge of business operations, objectives, and strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise projects to meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience analysing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and cloud‑based telephony platforms such as Genesys Cloud is a plus. We embrace diversity.
