Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst Role Summary As a Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst within our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will lead the development and implementation of the EPMO Reporting and Performance Framework, manage communication channels, translate complex data into actionable insights, ensure data quality, mentor a team of analysts, and embed reporting frameworks across the organisation. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the EPMO Reporting and Performance Framework. Develop and manage EPMO communication channels (SharePoint, Teams, and other engagement tools) ensuring consistent messaging across the EPMO. Translate complex data into meaningful insights using tools like Power BI and Excel. Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across multiple sources. Mentor and lead a team of analysts, fostering capability development and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to embed reporting frameworks and drive strategic decision‑making. Lead and evolve the EPMO Communications Plan and Reporting & Performance Framework. Lead data quality initiatives and performance analysis functions. Analyse complex project and portfolio data (budgets, risk, milestones, benefits etc.). Deliver visually engaging and insightful reports and dashboards. Provide training and induction for staff on reporting tools and frameworks. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting is fit‑for‑purpose. Qualifications and Experience Experience in a PMO, project delivery or portfolio reporting environment. A degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. Professional accreditation (e.g., PRINCE2, P3M, AgilePM, MoP, MSP, PMBoK) is highly desirable. Advanced technical skills in Power BI, Power Query, Excel and SharePoint. Ability to create clear, engaging communication – written, visual and verbal. Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, and coaching others to build capability.
