Graphic Designer – Dental Industry

Medi-Dent is a well-established, family-owned business that has been supplying dental and medical goods across Australia for more than 30 years. We specialise in consumables, equipment sales, and servicing throughout Victoria. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing and design team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with our existing Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Coordinator to deliver high-quality creative output across print, digital, and product marketing channels. About the Role As a key member of our design team, you will contribute to a diverse range of creative projects that support brand consistency, product promotion, and business communications. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced environment, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. You will work across print, digital, e‑commerce, social media, and general marketing collateral, ensuring all creative assets align with Medi‑Dent’s brand standards. Ideally, we are seeking a full‑time candidate; however, a part‑time arrangement may be considered for a short period depending on the successful applicant’s circumstances, with the expectation that the role will transition to full‑time within 12–18 months. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the existing Graphic Designer to deliver day‑to‑day creative requirements Produce print‑ready artwork for a wide range of marketing and product collateral Design catalogues, brochures, flyers, price lists, and promotional materials Develop sales presentations and customer‑facing documents Assist with the production, scheduling, and design of EDMs and social media content Contribute to website and e‑commerce visual assets and updates Assist with product photography and image editing Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and quality expectations Work closely with the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, and Sales teams to support key marketing initiatives About You – Skills & Experience Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an in‑house environment Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency Experience with EDM creation and scheduling (Campaign Monitor or similar) Experience producing social media content Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively within a small team Experience with social media marketing or basic video editing Experience with e‑commerce or website asset creation Photography and image‑retouching skills Familiarity with WordPress or WooCommerce Understanding of dental or medical industry products (advantageous) What Medi-Dent Offers A professional, supportive, and collaborative team culture Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Graphic Designer on high‑impact commercial projects Exposure to a diverse range of design work across both print and digital channels Ongoing training and professional development Long‑term stability with a growing, well‑established organisation A workplace where creativity is encouraged and valued The chance to see your work distributed across Australia in both digital and print formats How to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter and salary expectations to ******@medident.com.au with the subject line: Graphic Designer Application Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
