As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life visually. Role Purpose This role is responsible for creating visually impactful digital and print designs that showcase MasterKraft’s products, elevate our brand presence, and support marketing and sales initiatives across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns including social media, web banners, email templates, and paid ads Produce engaging content to support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling Create marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, trade show signage and packaging Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign strategies Support eCommerce team with product imagery, infographics, and landing page visuals Assist with photo/video editing and content repurposing Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver fast turnaround design requests Maintain consistency of brand identity across all outputs Skills & Experience 2+ years in a graphic design role (fitness or consumer product experience highly regarded) Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere or After Effects a bonus) Experience creating digital assets for social and web Understanding of brand positioning and visual identity systems Photography skills advantageous but not essential Key Attributes Passion for fitness, sport, health, and design Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with a positive attitude What We Offer Work with a brand at the forefront of the fitness industry Opportunities to contribute ideas and influence brand direction Flexible work options + supportive team culture Growth opportunities as the company expands Referrals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MasterKraft by 2x Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industry Wellness and Fitness Services Location Melbourne, Victoria, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
