We’re looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Graduate to join our face-to-face sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build strong commercial and communication skills. You’ll represent our brand in-person — speaking directly with customers, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and driving new business opportunities. What You’ll Do Engage with customers in-person across events, retail locations, and business sites. Confidently present products/services and tailor your pitch to different audiences. Generate and qualify leads through direct interaction. Build rapport quickly and create positive in-person customer experiences. Convert prospects into new customers and meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Support brand promotions and campaigns at pop-ups, activations, and on-site events. Track leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools. Gather real‑time customer feedback to help refine sales strategies. What You Bring Strong people skills: you enjoy talking to new people and can hold a conversation with anyone. Confidence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. A self‑starter mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn high‑quality sales techniques. Ability to work on‑site, in the field, and occasionally at events or activations.
