You’ve spent time in agencies and enjoy working on mid-market clients (if working on huge brands at global agencies is your sweet spot, then this is also not the role for you). You’re comfortable working across both B2B and B2C, turning insights into ideas that connect with audiences and drive business results. You can confidently present concepts, explain the thinking behind them, and build client trust through clarity and creativity. You’re ready to lead a team of designers, guiding, reviewing, and setting creative standards that inspire excellence. You know how to align great design with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices — from Meta and LinkedIn to YouTube, TikTok, Google, programmatic, and email. Last but not least, you know what it means to approach a creative problem with a business and results mindset (both for the agency and the client).
