Lead Service Coordinator, Granville,NSW | Full-time | Office-based A growing trade services business within the insurance sector is seeking a Lead Service Coordinator. This newly created role combines case management and scheduling, supporting technicians across multiple states and offering strong long-term growth as the company continues to expand. About the Role You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work orders, supporting technicians across three states, and acting as the central point of contact for clients, trades, and internal staff. The role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring someone who is organised, accurate, and confident managing competing priorities. There is genuine scope to grow your responsibilities alongside the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule new and ongoing work orders Maintain clear communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams Understand and allocate company resources effectively Ensure workflow accuracy and meet required timeframes Manage multiple tasks and priorities at once Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For NSW-based and able to work onsite in Guildford (no WFH, with flexibility around personal commitments) Experience in scheduling, coordination, or similar operational roles Insurance or construction industry experience highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Highly organised with strong attention to detailStable work history with two references Intermediate MS Office (Excel & Word) What’s on Offer Overtime available Training and ongoing upskilling Long-term progression opportunities as the company grows Supportive, stable team environment For further details please reach out: #J-18808-Ljbffr
