About the Role We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can think globally and operate confidently in complex B2B environments. You'll help shape how enterprise travel products are positioned, communicated and adopted across multiple international markets, supporting customers with long sales cycles and high-value commercial relationships. In this role, you'll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Management teams worldwide. You'll build go-to-market plans, craft product narratives that resonate across markets, and equip global Sales teams with the tools and insights needed to engage enterprise clients—often working with deal cycles that extend over 18 months and contract values in the multi-million range. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology‑led products, software‑backed services and the nuances of selling digital solutions rather than physical goods. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for enterprise travel products Shape product messaging and positioning to support long, complex B2B sales cycles Build campaign and creative briefs, working with global content, digital and creative partners Equip Sales teams with training, insights and enablement material to engage enterprise clients Support markets managing multi‑million dollar contracts and renewal cycles Collaborate with digital teams on global website content, product visibility and customer journeys Analyse customer behaviour and competitor trends across regions to guide product evolution Align communication, timelines and priorities across global teams About You Strong B2B product marketing experience, ideally supporting enterprise‑scale customers Comfortable working with long sales cycles months or more) Experience with technology‑driven, software‑based or digital service products Able to translate complex product information into clear, value‑led messaging Skilled at supporting sales teams handling multi‑million dollar commercial relationships Strong communicator who enjoys working across cultures, markets and time zones Adept at briefing creative teams and steering campaigns from concept through to delivery Thrives in a fast‑paced, globally connected, commercially focused environment Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
