Provide market intelligence and buyer insights to sales, product, and corporate marketing teams. Lead the cross‑functional planning, design, and execution of successful launches and marketing campaigns, collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing communications to develop launch plans, create marketing assets, and coordinate promotional activities with corporate marketing. Plan and execute key field events and campaigns that support our strategic priorities, including key partnerships with industry and strategically aligned organisations. Develop and execute demand generation programmes, or, where there are field marketing resources in the team, work with them to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Engage with the corporate marketing team to increase social media and website presence and engagement, ensuring that a buyer can self‑serve online and easily access the support and information they need. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools (sales presentations, battle cards, product demos), training, and resources (product briefs, solution overviews, case studies) to effectively sell Objective’s products. Deliver product training sessions to ensure the sales team has a deep understanding of the product’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
