Overview We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the ANZ team for a 12-month maternity cover contract . This role focuses on driving local go-to-market strategy and execution for priority ad products in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll bring market insights, influence product strategies, and lead holistic go-to-market plans to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Location Location Hybrid 3 days office based, 2 days remote, Sydney or Melbourne based Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to-market expert for priority ad products and own product growth and adoption for advertisers in ANZ. Drive business performance and adoption goals by managing executive-level relationships and navigating internal and external stakeholders. Plan and execute local go-to-market strategies, including product trainings, client segmentation, and positioning through the lens of advertisers. Partner with stakeholders to conduct tests, validate proof points, and scale learnings. Serve as the voice of the market to global product teams, synthesizing opportunities and articulating customer feedback to influence product roadmaps. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product marketing and digital advertising or related fields. Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute independently. Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial and data-driven mindset with experience in market research and business case development. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferred Qualifications Digital/Social Marketing experience in Australia and New Zealand. Experience in regional, global, or local product marketing roles.
