Job Description Where and how you can work Our flagship campus is in Sydney, with a growing presence in Melbourne and co‑working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. This role is based in our Sydney campus. About The Role We’re looking for a Program Manager who brings structure, calm, and clarity to complexity. You’ll help drive the delivery of key programs across Workplace Experience, including the operationalisation of our new Sydney campus at 8 Kippax , and other global initiatives like remote experience, recognition, and celebration. You’ll thrive in the details — planning milestones, defining success measures, managing dependencies and just as easily zoom out to connect dots across teams, ensuring alignment and progress. You’ll work closely with the Head of Vibe, Global Vibe Leads, and key partners across People, Finance, and Tech to turn vision into action. This role reports into the Head of Vibe and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering parental leave, with the opportunity to have significant impact on Canva’s next chapter of workplace experience. What You’d Be Doing In This Role Contribute to 8 Kippax operational readiness, including the operational strategy, seating strategy and the events framework. Lead program delivery for strategic workplace experience initiatives — balancing planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Partner cross‑functionally across People, Space Creation (Construction & Facilities), Workplace Experience, and Operations to ensure programs are well integrated and outcomes are clear. Strengthen program management foundations within the Vibe group implementing consistent tools for planning, reporting, and stakeholder comms across global workplace initiatives. Track progress and impact by defining success metrics and leading regular check‑ins, retros, and reporting cycles. Surface and resolve blockers by connecting stakeholders, identifying risks early, and ensuring alignment. Bring order to complexity by creating structured program plans, timelines, and communication frameworks. You’re probably a match if You have strong experience in program or project management ideally in workplace operations, and large scale office moves and events. You’re detail‑oriented and structured, bringing clarity and consistency to complex initiatives. You’re outcome‑driven, tracking toward tangible impact rather than activity. You’re a connector and communicator, skilled at translating strategy into plans and aligning diverse stakeholders. You’re calm under pressure, able to prioritise and problem‑solve even when things feel ambiguous. You’re a continuous improver, always looking for smarter, simpler, or more scalable ways to deliver results. You’re energised by the intersection of space, culture, and experience, and passionate about the role environment plays in helping people thrive.
