National Customer Service Manager

About the role The National Customer Service Manager will lead a team to provide best‑in‑class support to AEG customers. The role involves improving, designing, and developing customer service processes, acting as an escalation point for the team, and assisting with inquiries during peak periods. The National Customer Service Manager will also collaborate with the National Account Manager to analyse sales trends and identify areas for improvement. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer relationships Monitor and manage customer service performance Drive efficiencies through technology and process improvements Proactively identify and address customer issues Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Meet regularly with and remain accessible to Industrial and Automotive leaders, the Bapcor leadership team, and senior managers What You’ll Bring Tertiary level business degree or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 10 years in a business role within the automotive parts or associated retail industry Proven track record in leading and developing teams Proven track record in delivering exceptional service and support while managing and growing key national accounts Experience with managing and enhancing customer relationships Ability to manage and execute projects from start to finish Why join our team?
