Administration Officer, Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation – Brisbane QLD Join us as an Administration Officer in Strategic Wildlife Operations in Wildlife and Threatened Species Operations at Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships. You’ll play a key role in supporting a team dedicated to protecting and conserving Queensland’s unique native wildlife. From maintaining records to coordinating administrative processes, your work will help balance conservation efforts with sustainable human‑wildlife interactions. This is your chance to contribute to the protection of iconic species like crocodiles and flying foxes while fostering a culture of safety, equity, diversity, respect, and inclusion. As an Administration Officer, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team working to protect and conserve Queensland's native wildlife. Your role will involve providingessential administrative, financial, and human resource support to ensure the smooth operation of the team. You will manage departmental databases, maintain accurate records, and produce reports and statistical information to support decision‑making. Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will liaison with team members, senior staff, and external stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information on administrative matters, including human resource management, financial management, and general office administration. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide clear advice will be crucial in supporting the team's goals. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
