Overview Property & Specialty Claims Consultant at IAG. Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand, supporting customers across Australia with end-to-end claims processing. Role We’re looking for Claims Consultants to join our Property Claims team. As a Claims Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our claims experience—helping customers navigate property loss with empathy, efficiency, and integrity. You’ll manage claims end-to-end, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring every interaction builds trust and delivers fair outcomes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners like builders and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and replacements. This is a full-time, permanent role based nationwide, with flexible working options available. We’re committed to supporting your success with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development.
