Blake Oliver Recruitment is seeking applications for Claims Consultant & Support positions with a leading insurance company. This organisation has several newly created opportunities within their property claims department due to an increase in work volumes. We are seeking customer orientated applicants who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where the policy holders’ enquiries and their insurance claims are managed with the utmost professionalism.Training will be provided, however having insurance experience would be a distinct advantage. About the Role – Managing property insurance claims through to resolution. Handling phone and email enquiries from policy holders regarding property insurance claims. Liaising with builders and trades. Arranging repairs and managing reports. Processing claims requests within authority levels. Ensuring work queues are maintained within service level agreements. Ensuring policy holders are kept up to date throughout the life cycle of their claim. Building and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Essential Requirements – Excellent customer service and administration skills. Ideally you will have property claims management or other insurance/financial services experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Proven ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment. Excellent time management skills. High accuracy levels along with the proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. What’s in it for You Multiple upcoming roles. 3 - 6-month contracts.
