An opportunity has become available to lead the vibrant and friendly front of house team. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who will lead the team in providing friendly and efficient service to all of O’Reilly’s guests. About the role: Leading and mentoring the Front Office team in providing our guests with warm, friendly and efficient service from the moment they arrive, right through until the time of their departure. Maintaining and enhancing processes to ensure a smooth and efficient process of check‑in/check‑out. Answering queries from our guests in a prompt, efficient and courteous way. Processing financial transactions accurately. Promote and up‑sell O’Reilly’s facilities and experiences through strong product knowledge. Handling guest issues and complaints. Answering reservation inquiries. Contributing to the monthly Heads of Department Meetings focusing on the operational procedures of the business. What we look for: A minimum of 12 months experience in a hotel front‑of‑house leadership environment. Newbook PMS and/or RMS experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Immaculate presentation and grooming. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated strong people skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a guest‑oriented approach to problem solving. Authentic and friendly disposition.
