About The Role As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our systems run smoothly and our people feel supported. This role blends problem‑solving, technical know‑how, and teamwork to enhance efficiency and create a seamless experience for staff and clients. Your Key Responsibilities Provide first‑level technical support for business systems, helping staff resolve issues quickly. Assist with application updates, patches, and routine maintenance to maintain secure and reliable systems. Handle account setup, user access management, and password resets. Maintain IT asset inventory, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate on IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new software rollouts, gaining experience across different technical areas. Research new technologies and propose improvements that make a real difference. About You You thrive on solving problems and supporting others, motivated to learn and grow in IT. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done. What You’ll Bring Basic knowledge of computer programming and technical analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, or Linux environments. Awareness of cybersecurity principles and data privacy basics. Ability to interpret simple system designs and create clear documentation. A qualification or current study in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A collaborative mindset with respect for teamwork and a spirit of cooperation.
