Applications Support Analyst 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Talent Applications Support - PACS/RIS Systems Specialist 3 Months Contract Talent International is working in partnership with a large private organisation to assist in sourcing an Applications Support Analyst. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain RIS/PACS applications, including system integrations and upgrades. Provide frontline support to radiology staff, resolving technical issues related to PACS, RIS, modality connectivity, and associated systems. Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and ensure data integrity across all platforms. Ensure reliable image archiving, retrieval, and routing functions are consistently maintained. Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for system patching, updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Support DICOM workflows, HL7 interfaces, and modality worklists to ensure seamless imaging processes. Deliver training and promote best practices for PACS/RIS usage to clinical and support teams. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards. What We Are Looking For Degree in Medical Radiation Science or a related field, with experience in a PACS-related role. Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows and informatics systems, including RIS, PACS, DICOM, and HL7. Proven experience leading and supporting RIS/PACS projects from initiation through to implementation, including configuration, testing, training, and documentation. Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity across RIS, PACS, HL7 interfaces, and patient/referrer portals. Experience working within an IT support model, adhering to SLAs and business continuity standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of liaising effectively with clinicians, executives, and vendors. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Desirable Experience Prior experience with Sectra PACS, Karisma RIS, or other PACS/RIS systems. Exposure to large‑scale imaging IT projects, system integration, and data management.
