About the opportunity Steadfast Technologies is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide first-level support for its Insurtech solutions, including Steadfast Apps, INSIGHT, and SCTP. The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting with broker training, and maintaining support documentation. Ideal for candidates with insurance or underwriting experience or motivated graduates eager to learn, this position offers flexible work arrangements and a collaborative team culture focused on customer service and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support for Steadfast Technologies’ Insurtech applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of broker queries. Escalate technical issues internally to Level 2 support and externally to vendors, with clear and detailed documentation. Assist brokers with training on platform navigation and best practices to enhance user experience. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help desk documentation, including guides and knowledge articles. Perform administrative tasks and maintain professional relationships with brokers, insurer partners, and system vendors. Skills and Qualifications Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to individuals with limited IT or systems knowledge. Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills, with high attention to detail. Resourceful and proactive, capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
