We are now looking for a Junior Broker to join our high performing team and support us in providing a high level of service to our customers. Responsibilities Meeting with clients to determine their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable mortgage options. Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio. Liaising with lenders on behalf of clients to obtain the best possible mortgage terms and rates. Providing financial advice on all aspects of the mortgage process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws. Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided. Skills and Experience At least one year of experience in mortgages either as a loan processor or broker. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma. Ability to self-generate business through own network; some leads will also be provided. Ability to work in the office 5 days a week. Professional mentoring with over 30 years experience.
