Resort Administration Manager

About the Role You’ll manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the resort and act as a vital communication link with the operational team at GemLife head office. This role is part-time, 25 hours per week. Responsibilities Oversee daily resort operations in line with company policies and safety standards. Assist with the resale process for homes within the resort (commission paid for each completed sale). Ensure all common areas are presented to the highest standard. Communicate professionally and empathetically with residents. Manage front office duties and general administration tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using company systems. Who You Are You’re a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence. You’ll Also Be Detail‑oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role. Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style. Confident handling sales or resales processes. A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively.
