Job Overview Bright Balustrading is a family‑owned business that specialises in custom‑fabricated balustrades. We are located at 72 Stacey Street, Bankstown NSW, 2200 and offer a full‑time Metal Fabricator role with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation. Responsibilities Study blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements. Select, clean and prepare metal stock. Cut marked‑out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines. Shape and bend metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heating and hammering. Align parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments. Join metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting and riveting. Examine welds for width of bead, penetration and precision. Finish and clean products. Qualifications 2 years of work experience in a similar role. Must possess a white card. Ability to solve problems with technical skills. Effective communication skills. Willingness to travel across various sites in the Sydney Metropolitan area. Willingness to work longer hours, weekends and public holidays as directed by management.
